2011-2012 Fred Smith Golden Rule Scholarship (Bloomsburg University)
Students must be a senior at or graduate of Nativity BVM HS, Marian Catholic HS, Mt. Carmel HS, North Schuylkill HS, Our Lady of Lourdes Regional HS, or Shenandoah Valley HS. Applicants must also be a resident of Ashland Borough, Mt. Carmel Borough, Mt. Carmel Township or Shenandoah Borough.

Lavelle Amvets Post #156 Scholarship
Scholarship is open to residents of Butler Township, Schuylkill County. Applicants must also be a child of a member of the AMVETS or a member of the armed forces of the United States on active duty and is attending or will attend a post secondary college, university or trade school.
